Custom Laser‑Engraved Gifts

Our products are custom‑made based on the information you provide. By submitting text, images, or designs, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content OR

  • You have permission to use it

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.

Product Variations

Due to the nature of laser engraving:

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or engraving depth may occur

  • Final products may differ slightly from digital previews

These variations are normal and not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in £ (pound sterling) and may change without notice.

Payment Processing

We accept payments through:

  • Squarespace Payments

  • PayPal

We do not store or process your payment card details. All transactions are handled securely by the respective payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Custom orders require production time. Estimated processing times are a guide.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services

  • Customs

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Custom Items

Because our products are custom‑made:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before engraving begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.

Defective Items

If an item is defective due to our error, we will:

  • Replace the item OR

  • Offer a refund

Proof of defect may be required.
