1. Custom & Personalised Items

All of our products are custom‑made based on the design, text, or images you provide. For this reason:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised items

This includes situations where:

  • You change your mind

  • You ordered the wrong size, colour, or design

  • You provided incorrect spelling, dates, or artwork

Please double‑check your order details before submitting.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before engraving or production begins.

Once work has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our error, we will make it right.

Eligible Situations

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The engraving is incorrect due to our mistake

  • The product is defective or faulty

What We Need

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and provide a solution.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or couriers

  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is lost or delayed by the carrier, we will assist where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom laser‑engraved products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on Squarespace Payments or PayPal

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days
